  • Please take a moment to carefully read this agreement. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product from INLETAUDIO, INC. ("Licensor"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please refrain from installing, using, or downloading our product(s).

    1. License Grant
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the software and included sounds (the "Product") in a musical context, for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This license is granted solely to Licensee and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person or entity.

The Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the included sounds in any capacity other than as a component of their music (in the form of a composition, arrangement, or similar). This includes, but is not limited to, use in sample libraries, virtual instruments, sound design libraries, and any other type of commercial product. Additionally, Licensee must not repackage the included sounds as a new product, sample library, or sample pack, for their own use or for distribution to others, without explicit written permission from Licensor. Any use of the included sounds in such a manner requires explicit written permission from Licensor.

Licensee is permitted to install the Product on up to two computers, provided that they are used only by Licensee. For licenses that will be used by multiple users, such as those required for educational or large studio facilities, please contact Licensor to discuss the specific terms of such a license agreement.

    2. Product Protection
The Licensee is responsible for safeguarding the Product from any unauthorized copying or use, and agrees to take reasonable measures to do so. Licensor employs proprietary watermarking technology to detect piracy. Licensee is strictly prohibited from decompiling, decrypting, reverse-engineering, or altering the Product in any manner that would bypass any security measures implemented by Licensor.

    3. Ownership
By using or accessing the Product, the Licensee agrees that the Licensor retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Product, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, presets, and all visual elements. The Licensee acknowledges that the license granted hereunder is not a sale of the Product or any part thereof. The Licensee understands that they have no rights in or to the Product other than the limited license granted to them, and that they shall not acquire any ownership or proprietary interest in the Product, or any part thereof, under this Agreement.

    4. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Licensor shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or related to this agreement.

    5. Termination
This license agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license agreement at any time if Licensee violates any term of this agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product.

    6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.

    7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor, superseding all prior oral or written agreements or understandings regarding the Product. This agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing and signed by both Licensee and Licensor.

  • Cello Foundations was previously known as Isobelle Austin - Cello Collection 1 - Foundation. Cello Foundations is version 2 of Isobelle Austin - Cello Collection 1 - Foundations (referred to in this FAQ answer as version 1).

The update to Isobelle Austin - Cello Collection 1 - Foundation released on May 8 2024 (now known as Cello Foundations) completely re-designed the sample library to align with the other sample libraries we offer. It updated the functions and design of the library, but did not updated the samples within the library.

Your update will be available in the Pulse Downloader. You are NOT required to make another purchase of the library to complete the update. You do NOT require a new serial code to complete the update.

IMPORTANT: If you complete your update to version 2 BEFORE saving a backup copy of version 1 of the library, you will not be able to downgrade to version 1 again.

    3 Ways To Proceed:

    1. Should you wish to continue to use version 1 of the library simply ignore the update and continue to use the library as it is.

    2. Should you wish to update your copy of the library to version 2, BUT you also want to keep a copy of version 1, simply copy the entire version 1 sample library folder to another location, with a different directory to that which you used to originally download the library, before completing your update. You will then be free to update your copy of the library to version 2; this act WILL REPLACE the version 1 folder in the directory described as you complete your download. Do not place your copied version of the library in the same directory as, or inside the copy of the library you wish to update. This solutions means you will be able to keep both versions of the library.

    3. Follow the standard update process to replace your version 1 of the library with version 2.
