Install & download
-
We collaborate with our distribution partner Pulse, renowned for seamless downloading, installation, updating, and management of your sample libraries—all in a unified platform. Upon purchasing our product(s), you will receive a unique redemption code via email from Pulse. Simply redeem this code within the Pulse app.
-
You can install your product(s) on up to two machines simultaneously. To install on additional machines, you'll need to purchase an additional license from us.
-
Our products do not support NI’s free Kontakt Player at this time. To use our products, please ensure you have purchased the full version of Kontakt 6.4.2 or above.
-
Occasionally, order confirmation emails and/or emails containing your serial number(s) from Pulse may be filtered into your email junk/spam folder. Please check these folders if you do not see our emails in your inbox.
If you cannot locate any emails, please contact us directly.
-
You can easily transfer your product(s) to a new computer or hard drive by copying them to the new location. However, please note that snapshot presets are not automatically transferred, as they are installed during the initial product installation via Pulse.
We recommend choosing one of the two options to transfer your snapshots:
Option 1: Re-install via Pulse (recommended)
Re-install your product(s) to the new location using Pulse.
Option 2: Manual snapshot installation in Kontakt:
Load the instrument from the new location in Kontakt.
Click the wrench icon at the top left of the Kontakt window to access the instrument settings.
In the 'Instrument Options' menu, navigate to 'Snapshots' and click 'Show'.
If no user snapshots are saved yet, you'll be prompted to create a path. Click 'Yes' to create a snapshots folder.
Copy the contents of your downloaded product's snapshots folder into this newly created snapshots folder.
Close all windows in Kontakt by clicking the wrench icon again.
To load snapshots, click the camera icon located to the right of the loaded instrument name.
For further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.
Using our products
-
Since we utilize Pulse Downloader through our distribution partner Pulse, rather than Native Access from Native Instruments, our libraries do not appear in the Libraries tab within Kontakt. You can locate your library by navigating to it in the Files tab in Kontakt, or simply drag and drop the downloaded ".nki" file directly into Kontakt.
-
There could be a few reasons why you're not hearing sound:
The most common ones include:
The expression fader or other volume controls are turned down.
You are attempting to play a sound that is out of range.
