refunds + withdrawal rights

you may request a refund by exercising your withdrawal right within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet begun downloading your product. to request a withdrawal, please follow this link to your customer account

by completing a purchase, you expressly consent to inlet audio making your digital download available immediately after purchase and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once downloading begins. 

once your withdrawal right has ended, whether because downloading has begun or the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available. 

if you experience a technical issue with a currently supported instrument, please contact help@inletaudio.com and we'll do our best to help. for discontinued libraries, we can still assist with accessing previous purchases and retrieving serial codes, but no longer provide technical troubleshooting or compatibility assistance. this does not affect your statutory rights.
