refunds + withdrawal rights

you may request a refund by exercising your withdrawal right within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet begun downloading your product. to request a withdrawal, please complete our withdrawal request form.

by completing a purchase, you expressly consent to inlet audio making your digital download available immediately after purchase and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once downloading begins. 

once your withdrawal right has ended, whether because downloading has begun or the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available.
