Welcome to Inlet Audio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, including purchasing any of our digital products. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using our site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. WHO WE ARE
Inlet Audio is the trading name of

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, and authorize us (via Shopify) to process your payment using the method you provide.
All prices are listed in Euros, Dollars, or British Pounds, and applicable taxes may apply.
3. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Our products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to download your purchased content.
We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect email addresses, download failures caused by third-party services, or device compatibility.
4. REFUNDS
All purchases are final due to the nature of digital goods. If you experience a technical issue with your product, contact us at help@inletaudio.com and we’ll do our best to help.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content - including sample libraries, text, visuals, and audio demos - is the intellectual property of Inlet Audio or its contributors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the website or products without permission.
6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We use Shopify and other tools to run our Services. Their terms and policies apply when you interact with their features through our site.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We provide our website and Services “as is” without guarantees. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including lost profits or data.
8. USE OF PRODUCTS
All purchases are subject to our End User License Agreement, which defines how you can use our sample libraries. You must read and accept the EULA before using any product.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Inlet Audio is based.

↳ SECTION 2: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Thank you for supporting Inlet Audio. When you purchase or use any of our libraries, you agree to the terms of this license agreement.
This agreement grants you the right to use our sounds in your work, and protects the artists and developers behind the libraries.
1. WHAT YOU'RE ALLOWED TO DO
When you purchase a sample library from Inlet Audio, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own original work. You can:
- Use them in your music compositions
- Use them in film, TV, game scores, trailers, and podcasts
- Perform with them live
- Release commercial tracks using them
- Submit music to publishers or sync libraries
You can process, re-record, resample, and creatively manipulate the sounds in your music.
2. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO
To protect the value of our work and those who created it, the following uses are not allowed:
- Sharing or uploading the raw audio files (even if modified)
- Reselling, redistributing, or bundling the sounds
- Using them to make your own sample libraries or virtual instruments
- Including them in any AI training datasets
- Transferring your license to another user or business

3. WHO THIS LICENSE IS FOR
This license is valid for one user. If you’re part of a team, studio, or educational institution and need multi-user access, email us - we offer group licensing options.
4. OWNERSHIP
All libraries and related media are the intellectual property of Inlet Audio and its artists. You’re purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the original material.
You fully own any music or audio you create using our tools.
5. DURATION
This license is perpetual - no subscriptions, no renewals. You can keep using the sounds in your work forever.
6. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
We offer free customer support for installation or technical issues. If we release updates to your library, you’ll receive access to them.
7. FINAL WORDS
We make these tools so you can create freely. We ask only that you respect the work behind them and use them as intended.
piracy hurts the artists who made these sounds. we kindly ask you to respect the license. if we detect unauthorized use, we’ll take action to protect the work.
