overview

For music that needs more from strings than orchestration

The STRING BUNDLE brings together ten solo string instruments spanning cello, viola and double bass, for writing that needs more character than a conventional string palette. From exposed, fragile performances and rosin-heavy detail to abrasion, unstable movement and wild double bass textures, each instrument starts with the personality of an individual player and performance.

who it is for

Strings with something to say.

best forFor composers who use strings as character, not just orchestration.

Keep the player exposed, turn the performance into atmosphere or let physical detail become part of the identity of the score.

the paletteWhisper, scrape, unravel, bring power.

Move from fragile air and intimate detail to unstable movement, abrasive texture and horrorful franticness.

why this bundleStick to strings. Change the mood.

Shift the emotional role of the cue without changing the instrumental world around it.

how it differsTen instruments. Ten clear points of view.

Each library is built around its own mood and performance language, so you choose the emotional direction first rather than searching one all-purpose string library for something close.
