Why we made it.

UNRAVEL took shape after the session

Recorded as part of a wider three-day session in LA, UNRAVEL took shape later when we revisited and reworked the material in our Berlin studio.

Narrowing the full palette of recordings down to the final five sounds was the biggest part of creating UNRAVEL. We selected, manipulated and processed the original viola material to preserve the qualities we were drawn to in each performance and bring the five sounds into the same emotional world.
